How do you play .avi files????
 
Ok, so I'm about to go crazy.... I want to play some converted avi files on the phone, but wmp won't play them cuz it's junk. I've heard that tcpmp will do the job, but my phone won't install the program... which one do I download specifically from this list:

Also, will divx mobile work? The phone won't install it either even though it's a "pocket pc"


Could this be because I'm trying to install the programs from the memory card?


If someone could help me I'd be VERY greatful, I'm to my wits end.

i am guessing that these files that u are trying to install are exe files? if so they need to be run on the computer first while the phone is connected via active sync.

Try the divx .cab attached.

Also search here for the wm5 codec cab and paste those files in your windows folder.
