Phone Keeps Crashing When I type Text
 

Every time I try to type a text message more than a few words long, my phone freezes up completely and I have to soft reset to get it to work again. After I soft reset I try to send another text and it freezes again. This also happens when I try to type text, such as a website into a regular text field box, in opera mini or internet explorer. This has been happening since Friday.



I am running the basic updated version of the new rom 3.16, which i just updated yesterday. I was however having this problem on my original stock 2.09 rom that came with my phone. The only thing I could think could have caused this issue is the smsnosent.cab file i installed to stop that annoying "message sent" notification after a text is sent. I uninstalled this program to no avail.

Additional info, I hard reset the phone before installing the 3.16 rom yesterday and after I installed the new rom i ran Sprite backup to recover all my old programs, which brought the problem right back.
