PPCGeeks - What's the OEM mogul app with battery meter, comm manager, backlight on today called?

So I'm using DCD's 2.2.1 or whatever the heck version it was at when I installed it (btw I downloaded it one night, installed the next morning only to find there had been 2 revisions. DCD...don't you sleep?!?!?) but I don't have that program installed that comes from Sprint or HTC or whoever that's just 5 or 6 small icons on the bottom of the Today screen. Comm manager, battery, backlight....I can't remember what else but I definitely used it for the battery and backlight. I know it's not for everyone so I understand why it's not in a custom ROM but does anyone recall the name so I can track down a .cab? I appreciate it and sorry for being so wordy.
