Home Plugin for HTC 6800

I love this site it has give me much need information about my phone and what it can do. I was able the download HTC Home Customizer ( Thanks to person whose thead I got it from). It is telling me that I need HTC Home Plugin installed, I get a pox that asks me if I would like to install now I hit yes and then I get an error message ( Plugin Not Found) What is missing ..
