TV remote control program?

All of the programs I tried say are not compatible with the Mogul processor, does anyone know of a program that will work with it?

None available yet, that I know of.
I've been waiting anxiously.

This has only been asked about a dozen times in the last month. Seriously try searching first.

I would like to use my 6800 to change the Sirius station in my truck.

That may be the only useful application. The IR on the Mogul is too weak to be useful in a home entertainment setting. You'd have to get off the couch, walk to within a few feet of the TV to get a strong enough signal. By that point, it would be easier to hit the channel button on the TV.

There are plenty that are ARM compatible... Vito Technologies makes one

TV developement has far outpaced the software for PPC remote, its almost impossible to get drivers for the existing remote control software. Most of the remote software is 4-5 years old now. I know, because I recently looked into it myself

I had Vito remote on an Ipaq and it worked pretty good (from up to 8' away, and I believe it had a stronger IR transmitter) but I probably spent 20 hours to get it to work my 3 devices...lol ...

hardly worth the effort when you can buy a remote thats internet programmable (eg Harmony) for +/- $100 depending on how fancy you want
