PHONE Will not turn back on ? Power Button?
 

Im a bit new in flashing roms on phones. But to cut to the chase this forum is great and learned a ton off it but im running into some questions that i cannot find answers to....

I have orginal Qwest mogul phone and put the alltel wireless rom on there. Currently it is running

Rom Version: 2.14.671.3
Radio Version: 1.40

Everything went well and works but everytime the phone goes to sleep or the power button is hit, the phone then wont turn back on after you hit the button again. The green light just blinks....

If i take out the battery and put it back in, all works fine, but as soon as it is put to sleep it will not turn back on by hitting the power button.....

What can i do ? I have no clue what is causing this ? Radio version mix up?

i'm having the same problem. boy it is a relief to know others are having the same problem as i am. this means that hopefully it's not my phone but maybe some misstep i took.

someone in my thread suggested relocking and then unlocking my phone using the old unlocker. it's the only thing i have not tried yet and am about to start. maybe you should also give it a try. good luck

This is happening to mine, when it is plugged in via USB after awhile.

It's not "everytime" I hit the power button (thank goodness).

Yet is exactly as you described, just sitting there green light flashing.

I'm going to try flashing the same ROM, and see if it fixes it, and then if it starts back up again, try a different ROM, see if it starts back up, etc to try and rule out anything related to my ROM, which I doubt as it's a highly used ROM by nexvision.

Any solution for this, would obviously help at least a couple people, so if anyone knows...please speak up!

Hey guys i was having those same issues a day ago...i tried to roms with the gps just to see how it worked...it was cool but i did'nt need it seeing as i already own a tomtom....so i relocked, then flashed the official sprint rom 2.17...then used the regular titan unlocker and put the custom rom that i had before i tried the gps one and it works again as it should...my problem was having the 2.40 bootloader with a rom that was before the gps one was released....so it wasnt meshing right lol....now that everything is in tune...its great
