active sync not working
 

can anyone help me I I can't get active sync to work anymore I deleted it and reinstalled it but I keep getting an error message

the tcp/ip network transport is not installed

help please

When mine stopped sync, I thought it was the pc, so I removed and installed. This did not work either. Seems that it was the phone that had to have sync enabled and mobile name was changed on phone to same name with a 1 attached. I changed the moblie name back, and worked. May not be same problem. I think it usually the phone and not the pc when it stops.

mine is enabled I was using internet sharing and it stoped working and when I click on active sync I get that message even if my phone isn't pluged up to the computer
