Stuck in bootloader. exitbl and reflashing doesnt work.
 

Okay, so all my problems started shortly after installing the latest kaiser plugin and HHC. All sound quit working, so I did a hard reset, but that didn't work so I installed the 2.17 ROM (I was still on 2.09). After this I reinstalled the kaiser home plugin and HHC and had the same sound problem after a couple days. After this I tried a soft reset and the phone got stuck at the bootloader. I tried titan_exitbl.exe and it said it worked, but I was still getting stuck in the bootloader. After this I tried installing the 2.17 ROM again and it appeared to work, but I still get stuck in the bootloader. Any ideas?

I thought that's what titan_exitbl.exe did. Anyway, I tried what you said and it didn't work. I just keep going back to the red, green, blue, and white screen that says TITA100, SPL-1.07.0000, CPLD-9.

Also, I just tried installing the 3.16 firmware and that didn't work either. Another thing I've noticed is that when running the RUU it doesn't show any ROM version installed on my phone. The area where it normally would show the version is just blank.

Try flashing the re-locker in case your BL got corrupted

then flash the stock 2.17 ROM from the HTC site. If necessary run exitbl; if it still sticks in BL after that, go see your Sprint repair center.
