Please Help! Second Try
 

I am sorry for not knowing better but I cannot get the phone to updat to 3.16. I thought it had to do with something with me having 2.09 but i updated to 2.17 and nothing.

here is what happens.

I get the "image Error file"

my phone is not locked it is stock

which supposedly means that I have the wrong one or something? it just gives me the bars and gives me the error notice. then i click okay and then it says congrads!! im so annoyed.

please help.

I realize that it can be frustrating when you don't understand why your device won't act/respond properly, but it doesn't justifiy clogging up with forum with the exact question asked twice in 2 different threads (today nonetheless) that you started.

I also realize that this thread is over 80 pages long, but I'm willing to bet that if you carefully read through it you will find your answer. I think every possible problem/question has been answered.

You might also try another download version of 3.16 from the 1st page of the above thread.

i know but ive tried all of them and i looked through over 20 pgs i swear, im getting frustrated sorry
