Alltel Refurbs?
 

Has anyone recieved an Alltel Refurb phone? I've had mine since new and have experenced a few problems with it (white spot, locking a couple times daily, using the touchpad keyboard and having it put random enters and tabs, and others). I called Alltel and asked what they could do and they said they could ship me a refurbished one. I decided to wait and see if anyone here has recieved one. Are they as good as new or are they all scratched up and no cosmetically sound? Just needing some input. Thanks in advance!

Yea im rocking one right now. Other than "feeling worn" its just like the other one. But the phone it replaced was new so naturally it felt better. Ive had 1 6800, 3 or 4 Treo 700WX's, and I think I only did one 6700 refurb through alltel. I think one of the Treo's was just junk from the get-go but otherwise they seem fine. All of the Treo's were pieces of pure crap to me though. Not because they were refurbs, but that phone just sucked to me.

So is it a good idea or just hit and miss on what condition the phone you revieve will be in? Does anyone else have any exerience they would like to share??

I Have Had A Few Of Em, All Kinds Of Diff Models And They Seem Fine To Me, The Housings Are All Reconditioned As Well.
