intalling gps rom with mac os
 

my windows pc's are down at the moment is there anyway i can install the new rom with my mac computer?

Yes you can my friend. First make sure you format your microSD in FAT32 using your 6800. There are some Pocket PC Apps that can format memory cards for ya. Then follow IamCokeMan's instructions on how to install from memory card. For some reason you gotta use that memory card reader to get the ROM file on it. I tried sending it to the Mogul using bluetooth won't work, IR won't work, but card reader works! (Main post about GPS ROM stickey) I use a Macbook 13" with Parrallels installed to do it though. I did try the memory card route afterwards and it worked fine.

You can't install the new hard spl (or relocker, AFAIK) with memory card, so if you aren't locked, you need to use a virtual machine or get one of your windows boxes up.
