You can use GetSPC, punch in your hex ESN, and it will give you your MSL. No need to call sprint.

Others who have tried this have reported that the new SPL that is installed in the 3.16 package will not allow earlier ROMs to load, and you need to load the old re-locker before flashing the older ROM.

uhhh probably, I guess. Of course,since it is a testing rom,who knows,it might get stuck,it might brick your mogul. Its working well for me though.

This was my experience as well.

Currently re-loading the old ROM right now.
