PPCGeeks - TCPMP not working properly

I had TCPMP installed on my xv6800 and it was working great. I've only had my phone for a few weeks and wanted to try some other apps so i uninstalled it. I decided to go back to using it and its not working like when i had it first installed. When playing videos from sites it doesn't load all the way and I can't switch to full screen landscape mode with out it freezing. I tried uninstalling and re-installing a few times with a soft reset before and after and its still giving me troubles. Maybe a hard reset is my only option :( booo
