What does this Error Msg mean?
 

"There has been a change made on your server that requires you to re-synchronize all items on your device. Please perform a manual sync.

Support Code: 0x80883001

What causes this to happen and how can I avoid it.
Also when I hit yes to update I lose all of my Voice Dials and Speed Dials. So I have been hitting No recently but not sure if that is bad for my phone or not. Can someone please advise me on this.
