how can i download a app or dialer for my mogul 6800 without sync with my pc i never could get to work so i give up

Insert you memory card into you computer and transfer the file.
Go online with your phone and DL it directly from the site.
If your computer has blue tooth, beam it over to your ppc.

You'll also need something like Total Commander on your phone to unzip what you download.

The mogul comes with a zip program.
