Well the tilt should be guaranteed to get WM6.1. With the current drivers and lack of video acceleration if they don't do the upgrade it will be class action lawsuit time. I just sold mine for $525 on ebay. The tilt/kaiser is horrible.

I believe the February update is for the TYTNII, as the site mostly revolves around the TYTNII, but it does include other phones as listed for the problems...

Apple will probablty release a Mac OS add on to the iPhone before HTC/Sprint fix the Mogul. I wonder how many Moguls have been sold? Its the installed base thats going to matter the most. I wouldnt be surprised if there are more Touch out there.
