Alert inidcator light not coming on
I have the xv6800, and my message inidcator light (the orange/yellow) light doesn't come on when i get a txt, voicemail, or anything. It used to, and then the past couple of days i've realized that when i get a txt it still blinks the green light (or the red light if the battery is at 10%) but it never shows the orange/yellow light. I remember on my xv6700 there used to b a setting where u could decide how long to set the indicator light on for, for ex...15mins, 20mins, so on for how ever long i wanted the indicator to blink. But I can't find that on the 6800... i am just missing it, or is there somethign wrong?
Also, on the side note, is there any way to save my sent txts to the "sent" folder? I hate having to think back on what i sent someone 20mins ago or to c if i did sent them something. Thanks, and sorry if it's already been asked, but i didn't c it on here.. so if these q'stions were asked just post the link to the topic and i'll be thankful, Thanks |
Start>Settings>SoundsAndNotifications>Notification s pick a type in the pulldown and check "Flash light for" box and set a time
In the Messaging app, click on Menu>Tools>Options>Message and check the "Keep copies of sent items in Sent folder" box |
o wow thanks, i couldn't , for the life of me, remember where the indicator settings were, but now it's all set... thanks sooo much for both problems...
