keyboard keeps locking up
 

and the entire ppc froze. i try to do multiple soft resets, but nothing helps.

what can i try next? can sprint tech support help me?

it so slowwwwww. when i click on a email to delete, it takes forever to think. and delete. and then sometimes it locks up altogether.

should i bring it to a sprint service store or do a hard reset.
