how to do a soft reset????
 

I have the mogul 6800, and i want to know how to do the soft reset? and how do i do the hard reset??

You can do a soft reset by placing your stylus in the small circular opening in the bottom of the phone.

To do a hard reset hold down the two soft keys (white buttons at the bottom) while at the same time placing your stylus in the small circular opening in the bottom of the phone. You'll have two prompts to complete the operation.

the reset hole is under the SD card. the other hole is slightly smaller, that's the microphone.
