Phone delay 5+ second to answer phone with 2.17

2.17 is great, best firmware so far, however I just have 1 major problem with it. It takes forever to answer an incoming call, 5+ second. First, I thought it's because of the mp3 ringtone, then I switched back to the stock one and it's the same. I never have such people with 2.09 or WM5 firmware.

Any help or tweak?

What radio and prl, im getting quick pick-ups with 2.17Rom, 1.40Radio and 60608Prl...

The PRL is the latest. The radio is 1.47, and I suspect it is the cause of the delay.

I used 1.40 on WM5, and no such problem.

I will flash it with 1.40 tonight and see if it works. I will get back with finding.

the 1.47 radio is the cause for the delay. Flashed it to 1.40 fixed it.

1.47 + PRL 60611 + 2.17 OS + Slot Cycle Index 1...

Phone on standby (S2U2...)

Call phone. Hear 1st ring on calling phone, mogul powers on. Hear 2nd ring on calling phone, mogul begins to vibe - pretty normal for me.

Maybe 1.47 radio likes the current PRL better, or the SCI set to 1 does it.

Can somtone help a total rookie out and write something up explaining how to go about getting these older files on a freshly 2.17 install?
