Won't respond once turned off while charging
 

okay. this just started happening, and I've added no new software or changed anything.

If I plug in the phone to charge it, it will not "wake up" or respond to any buttons pressed. The LED blinks green but that's it. It wont even ring when I call the phone. I have to do a soft reset to get it functioning again.

It does not happen when the phone turns off while running on battery.

Any thoughts?

Had the same problem with mine using the oem wall charger. I now use a generic ubs wall charger or usb cable from my computer. Have not had the problem since

i dont know what you guys mean by saying waking up?? but a couple times a day i wont receive any phone calls and when i look at it to make one my phone bubble pops up and says my phone is currently off would i like to turn it on?? like airplane mode, is there a way to not have airplane mode, i cant have my phone randomly turning off??? any help would be appreciated,

My alarm doesn't work when plugged in either! Must be a problem with the 6800 in general, since mine is the XV model.
