Can someone tell me why downloads not playing with wmp

not playing on my wmp i have the mogul i use to have the 6700 and it played everything put the same files and dont want to play helpppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp

what type of file are you trying to play? try using another program to play the file i.e. TCPMP
divx media player
real
