having problems with refurb/new mogul
 
so my first mogul was awesome. This refurb/new mogul is never in evdo always is in 1X network.That's first problem. second which I think is linked to first is that my you tube plays very jumpy. what do I do now?reason I think its phone is because 2 other co workers have same phones and when we put them side by side theirs is ev network and plays same videos from youtube nice and smooth like my old phone did.

write sprint a letter complaining so they give you back the 50 dollars.
mine is supposed to come today...

have you tried reinstalling the rom? or maybe even performing a master reset?

i have this exact problem. just got done making a thread for it when i saw this.

i have called sprint numerous times and they finally told me i have to take my phone to a sprint store.

they had me do a ##data# then enter my msl and from there reset data profile. maybe that will help you.

they told me the think its a hardware issue. i just dont see how when 1x still works.

one interesting note is that i checked it out in the fieldtrial app in windows folder and every field on the evdo info page (hdr option) says n/a

also..do you think sprint will replace my phone even though i dont have the insurance? the guy on the phone kind of alluded that this as the next step.

als o i run custom roms so it means i have to flash back before i take it in

no master reset but soft reset bunch of time...looks like I will go to sprint store see what they can do. how do reinstall rom?do u guys think my youtube running slow is same problem as evdo one?watson- good luck on ur phone let me know what sprint does to fix this.

dont send it back!!! double check your plans and etc with sprint, when i got a new/refurbished mogul and the esn's got switched somehow my data plan got taken off and it was always in 1xx mode for the whole day until i figured it out. I called they put it back on and credited me the data usage i used and a free month of unlimited access.
