Cleaning Screen???
 

i know this sounds stupid but how do you all clean your screen. i know you can just wipe it off but i had something sticky on my screen thats really not smooth at all. what can i use to get it off without messing up my screen?

i use rubbing alcohol or if i have some i use eye glass cleaner

Be carefully though,use only a small amount. I have seen a lcd screen where alcohol got around the edges and it destroyed the screen.(errr,it was my "friend" that screwed up his laptop,yea thats it) Use something dampened with alcohol,like a lcd screen wipe,but not dripping with it.

I use these http://www.extremepda.com/SPMOGUL.html and I clean my screen with this http://www.extremepda.com/MFCLOTH.html. Using the link cloth removes all particulates and the screen protectors are super thin and static cling; super thin and allows for excellent response by touch or stylus.

Alcohol might work (never used it for I was concerned it would haze my screen). The only fluid I have ever used on a PDA screen was a little warm water & soap.

DO NOT use Windex or Ammonia. I've personally had the best luck with the little screen cleaning kits from Staples. It's a small package for like $6 that comes with wipes, lint free dry cloths, and microfiber polishing cloth. Cleaned up the screen nicely.

buy a cheap reading glass case and use the cloth they have in there. works great for me, i keep one in the car and one in my wallet shhhhhhh

Sunglass hut cleaning kit. I got it free with my sunglasses. I only use it before I put on the invisible shield. After the invisible shield is on you can clean it with anything.

I use my shirt. Works fine and doesn't cost a thing.
