SOL-- no buttons on lock screen
 

I plugged my phone into the USB cable to charge at work and the lock screen poppped up but no buttons were visible -- just an "enter your password" and a textbox and the rest of the screen being white. I can enter the password (numeric) via the keyboard, but there's no "unlock" button. The ok or hard-softkey buttons doesn't work either. I can still answer calls but can't unlock this stupid device. Soft reset doesn't do anything. Plugging into sync doesnt do anything either.

Any ideas? I REALLY don't want to do a hard reset and set everything back up again.

Yup. Nothing.

just use spb backup do a backup then hard reset and restore everything....takes no more than 10 minutes =)

i can't get into the damn phone to DO the backup. Is there anyway to get the host computer to remotely unlock the phone? WM6 makes you unlock from the phone...

Crap, i'm going to lose my SMS history if i reformat. How do i hack into my PPC?
