internet sharing problem
 

I am having problems with internet sharing. I try it on sprint pcs and phone as modem and get the same message wich is "check usb cable connection". I have the cable that came with the phone. I tried this on my comp at home, no problems. try it everwhere else won't connect. for bonus points will that work with a xbox live and how? thank you in advance for the help, im doing this on my phone & in evdo for th internet sharing .
