Camera tweaks via REGEDIT.

Hello all. I was wondering if anyone knew of tweaking the camera resolution through a registry editor, so if any ideas, thanks in advance.

I think the image resolution is about as high as it can go. However, for video, check this out:

Re: Camera tweaks via REGEDIT.

I decided to just copy and paste the information from that link here...

To have Large & CIF resolutions:

Change:
HKLM\Software\HTC\Camera\P2\MainCamSupportCapSize = dword:0x0A (10)

To:
HKLM\Software\HTC\Camera\P2\MainCamSupportCapSize = dword:0x3A (58 )

To improve bitrate:
Change:
HKLM\Software\HTC\Camera\Recparam\MP4Large\Bitrate = 128000

To:
HKLM\Software\HTC\Camera\Recparam\MP4Large\Bitrate = 1024000

To improve the FPS:
Set
HKLM\Software\HTC\Camera\Recparam\MP4Large\FrameRa te=15

At the end of this you will have all of the following resolutions:
L = 320x240
CIF = 352x288
S = 128x96
M = 176x144

I did all that and the recording is worst! Quality wise is better... ( resolution ) but the frames are being completely skipped, i get chopped image. Why?

@ fred_dj
Titan can't handle mp4 processing.

Hoping someone had found some insight into this by now : ( Oh well.
Anyone know why Avi's don't have A/V in sync and the avi index file is corrrupt so we can't skip ahead or back a few seconds?
