Does the 6800 support EMS (i.e. long texts over 160 characters?)

When i go over 160 characters it does a second text msg automatically for me.

I meant receiving. Several sites say that it does, but those sites also say that my HTC Apache supports it too, which, sadly, it does not. :(

It does not. You will get more than 1 message of 160 characters. Sorry

That's really not a problem; on my Apache, I never get them. At all. If its 161 or more characters, I get nothing at all.

I really like smartphones and PDA phones, but it's starting to piss me off that my sisters' $30 POS Samsung can do something that my uber-expensive PPC can't. :(
