Question about generic finger scrolling app...
 

I'm a fairly informed Mogul customizer but I have a question that I couldn't find through the search.

Is there an app that is strictly dedicated to allow finger scrolling for contacts, office, PIE, etc?

I'm using Ftouchflo and have seen the SPB program, but these both are not soley used for scrolling and include other features.
