Phone is always 1 hour off
 

My clock is always 1 hour fast, no matter what. The time zone is set correctly. Is there anything else I can do?

Uncheck sync to network time, in the phone settings. Then set the time manually

Have you downloaded the daylight savings patch from the windows mobile website?
This may help as well...

Where can I find that option in the settings?

No, I just got the phone a month ago so it may have not gotten that..... brb!

I installed the DST cab, reset the phone, and wound the clock back 1 hour.

We'll see what she does now I suppose!

Don't leave us hanging! I had the same problem. I guess my route is too close to Wisconsin, so it syncs to the Wisconsin cell towers... Patch fixed it

I could have sworn that patch was unnecessary as it was already built into our phones. I know my phone had no issues with DST, not to mention we're now past the affected time period anyway.

So far so good!

Have you set the correct timezone? Mine was off until I changed it to Eastern Standard Time - EST.
