Alarm/Notification Sounds

Whats up guys
Is it possible to add your own custom alarm sounds? I know the folder is Windows/rings but do the files have to be a special format?

For alarms and other notifications, try either WAV or MIDI format, and they should either go in \My Documents or \Windows. :)
