Sync Problem

I cant get my htc ppc6800 to sync with outlook. I have the latest version of active sync and am running outlook XP on my PC. I have checked and double checked all my active sync settings and when ever i connect my phone the program claims to have synced my contacts calender ect. however, no changes ever appear in outlook (its as blank as the day it was installed) and if i allow active sync to over write discrepancies between the phone and my PC my phone book and calender on my mogul is erased. can any one help me get these two this working together?

I am having the same problem. Click the :view status" in the active sync box, on the PC, and post the error.
I get error : support code 85010014. Ive read and it tells me to make sure I am running AS 4.5. If thats correct UN-install and reinstall. Done that. Next I should re install outlook. Ill wait and see if there are any other suggestion. :)

well, here's one solution. most of the latest software does have bugs unless a service pack(s) comes out for them. i would suggest outlook 2003 to everybody who has this problem with the latest version that they try to sync up important info on. and my uncle is right... it may be a bit older, but it's much more stable and works as good as anything else.
