lastest Cab file for .net framework

I need the cab files for windows mobile .net framework 3.5 or the newest one out , might be 4.2 , but not usre. I have been looking for 3 days , and nothing , nada, I cannot find or remember the exact file name too google or search for it on microfsoft.com

does any , please please please have this file that they can post for me?

i'm downloading this now direct from MS and it's like a 33mb file. all i'm really looking for is the cab fiile to put it on my phone, am i going about this the right way, or is there somewhere i can go to get only the cab file (if there really even is one)

Its on Microsoft's website, use their search to find it.
Be sure you type out Compact & 3.5.

Honestly I updated but I haven't a clue what app "needs" or works better with it @ 3.5. :/
