Ringer Volume

The ringer vol is so low I can't hear it, I have searched but found no help. Does anyone know of a hack, program, or magic to increase the ringer? Thanks

This helps mainly with speaker volume...

Ring tones usually need adjusting with an audio program and then installed back onto the phones RINGS directory in the WINDOWS folder.

Ring Tones Vol

I have tried both mp3 ring tones I made and the installed ringers. I hold the phone up to my ear and can just hear it.

is the speakerphone loud enough when you use it? You can also go into the notification settings and make it so that the phone vibrates and rings at the same time.

Did you change your ringer volume? Sounds like a defective speaker or you didn't set the volume properly.

Can someone tell me what you have under script setting HKEY/CU/controlpanel/sounds/ringtone0/script what is the string

I use OldPhone. It sounds like a telephone did in the 60's, and just about as loud. Very retro-cool

Go to the section entitled "Change ringtone/vibrate/LED flash characteristics" near the bottom of this page:

This helped me get rid of the annoying 3 second wait until my MP3 file kicked in when the phone is set to vibrate + ring.
