Voice Tags?
 

Im having a problem with my Voice Tags and Need help. Every so often they disappear. What I mean is sometimes when I go to activate it my Mogul says no Voice Tags Recored. Then I go and record them all over again. Then when I sync my device with my computer they dissappear. But only half the time. What is the solution for this? What Am I doing wrong? Any info would be helpful. Thanks!

I always export them to a backup file so I can import them if necessary.

I suspect that the contacts and programs they are linked to are significantly changing to a point where VoiceTags is no longer able to link them. For example, if you have a tag recorded for "Aaron Hall" but you later change the filing type to "Hall, Aaron" it would lose the link. Unfortunately, if this is the cause, re-importing won't help much, since the links to what you backed up will be broken.

This may or may not be the case, but based on some observations I've made of how the program works, I think this might be a good starting point for your investigation.

How do you go about backing up the Voice Tag files? I have never done that. But sounds like a good solution to my problem.
