Best app for playing music?
Hello-
I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for their favorite music playing app for their 6800? I'm looking for something that can browse by metadata (aka artist, genre, etc) and possibly even sync with a PC. Thanks. -TM |
Yeah,
I just downloaded iPlay, its a full featured Music player and it will display the album art, and it'll grab the id3 tags. I've only found the demo from their website, I'm still kinda iffy on their GUI. The sound is much louder than the HTC audio manager, and WMP. Downside for me is that for some of the menus you gotta drag out that stylus. Check it out for yourself at www.40th.com |
I am currently using Conduits latest version of PocketPlayer (3.5).
It is a great audio player, with great functionality like pulling album art from the web, fullscreen album art, streaming podcast and internet radio (shoutcast). It also has finger friendly controls, utilizing a touchflo type interface for the library. I was a devout WMP user before this release, but I'll be happy to pay the $20 when my 30 day trial of PocketPlayer is up. You can download it a trial from www.conduits.com |
ppod is good for me and it impresses alot of people since it looks like an ipod

WMP.
I've tried a bunch of others, but i find wmp is the best. Only thing is I dont like the screen rotation. It won't go counter clockwise |
I just stick with WMP and Audio Manager.

I've been using WinamPAQ for a bit now and like it. It looks and functions like Winamp. I haven't had any issues with it other then when I try different EQ settings it doesn't sound good, but no EQ settings and it sounds fine.

I'm pretty happy using the HTC Audio Manager.

I'm happy with HTC audio manager, but for some reason when I added htc AM today plug in it keeps bringing up WMP instead of HTCAM. any ideas?
