SOS! Phone doesn't want to leave home
 

My phone just kind of broke. Whenever I unplug it from my computer, screen shuts off. I can't do anything to wake it up except plug it into the computer. This just happened like 3 minutes ago when I was trying to get HTC action screen working. The green light will still blink, I'll still get texts, etc but theres nothing on the screen.
What is going on??
I tried soft reset, combination fo power off and soft reset, everything. HELP!

BTW, if I start it up with no external power, it will show the boot screen, play the sound, then just go black. So its not the battery. Works perfect when plugged into wall as well.

You can try a hard reset, but keep in mind you will lose everything you have installed on it.

You may have inadvertently blacked out the Backlight when in Battery mode. If you can see the screen while it's plugged in, check your Power and Backlight settings in Start > Settings > System.

Otherwise, something you've changed or installed isn't happy with your setup, so it's probably time for a hard reset.

I mustered up and did a hard reset, fixed the problem. Still sad:(
