Is there a bootloader key sequence

Is there a key sequence to enter the bootloader on the 6800. I flashed a ROM, and now active sync wont connect. I am hoping to get back into the bootloader and reflash something new.

Power-Camera-Soft reset.Hold them till you see the boot screen.
