In fact, I found the $5 vision pack in question the other day. I, however, only found it in the older P2K billing system, NOT Ensemble. Ensemble accounts may still have it, but I couldn't find it for the life of me.

just got off the phone with the account services (retention) department...i had the MM-A920 previously and had a "retention" plan that included a $20 sprint power vision tv pack. i told the rep that my device doesn't support sprint tv and asked for the lowest data plan.

he said $15 and it includes pic mail. i said i can't send mms pic mail, is there anything lower? he said no. i'll call again to see if i can get someone else to lower the plan to $10...that seems fair, $5 is just crazy.

he also gave me m2m free (normally $5) :headbang:

i'm sure i'll have to call again about my plan in january when the GPS becomes available...:???:

I find that MobiTV being the same exact service as SprintTV is perfect. It its very well supported and can be installed at any time. Instead of fooling around with getting Sprint TV to work on my Mogul I simply installed MobiTV and BOOM flawless mobile tv with no headache.

Sprint and Nextell service is FUBAR on there end right now. They are doing a major revamp of internal systems and moving offices ect... Calling Sprint atm and asking any question is like suicide. Its getting better.

I pay 5$ a month for unlimited data btw. When they look up my account it doesnt make any sense. Then they send me to a Sprint devision of tech support and they see it all clearly. Its when you get the new offices with new people it gets screwed up.

Just tell them to send you to official Sprint operaters.
