Anything better than pocket cm?

Is there any other contact manager out there besides pcm?

i don't think so.
i know people get mad when you insult an app that's free, so i won't, but PocketCM, despite probably being the best option really needs an update.
v0.1.5 was released ages ago, and it really needs an update. v0.1.6 seems an improvement, but it's alpha quality

Not really insulting that ap at all, i was wondering what else was out there. Thats all. I really enjoy it actually, its still on my mogul, but its a tad slow opening up.

Using the word better was a poor choice of words. Sorry in advance if anyone is "Mad".

iContact blows Pocket CM away. Pocket CM takes forever to load and is unstable. iContact is stable/small footprint and works wonders.

pocket cm 0.16 loads pretty fast.

i don't know if this app is better, but it is useful and ez to use:

fingerfriendlyfriends

You can find a beta on xda and I believe the latest version is commercial. The beta seems to work fine.

i didn't see how fff did anything at all.

i'd like scrolling in my contacts list, via push, not stylus. cm seems to do this, but i hate the 'no internal shutdown' thing, and it seems like go from contact list to edit contact thing is too touchy. so....i removed it.

after putting fff onto the phone without much goodness, i may pull it too...

Idntknw 12-04-2007 12:05 AM

I tried fff and didnt really like it...uninstalled it...now I screwed up my contacts key...its still trying to find the fff program...

timothydonohue 12-04-2007 12:16 AM

not sure what went wrong with yours
i put it on, nothing.
i removed it, nothing.

maybe i ought to have done a reset somewhere in here, but so far, nada
