SOLVED:How do I get a comm manager like this...
 

I was over at xda-developers and saw this thread for the Artemis

What is awesome is that Comm Manager! I PMed the ROM maker and posted a comment but I haven't gotten an answer yet

I saw that post in my search... but the way I understood his response was that the posted file was the standard blue Comm Manager... I'm gonna try this

There are files you have to dump into the /windows folder you know.

If you did, soft reset after you move the files in.

(If you did do all of that already; sorry.)

I had a PM from him when I checked. He said someone uploaded it in the Blue Angel forum over at xda-developers

He also said that he would upload it later for me if I cant find it. I searched, and I cant.... So I PMed him back and we'll see.

Not quite.... but its a start!

Here are the skins, maybe we're getting closer. It appears to be the HTC Comm Manager 1.75, perhaps from the Touch?

that's just a zip file with skins for the app. Don't say to install it in /Windows because I did that and it didn't do nothing, and I even soft reseted my phone.

Edit: I found this on xda. I can't remember which thread. I believe the OP of that thread said it was from a touch dual. I currently have it on my 6800 and seems to work right.

Here you go. I extracted the images out of the black and blue rom and replaced the ones in the cab scottishwarrior posted. Haven't tested it much, but it appears to work correctly. I made 2 versions in case you don't want the Earth background.

Yup, it was based on a Touch theme

I got really excited when I saw that zip at XDA... I unzipped it and nothing... We were in the same boat =]

Hey Heres an idea...that way users could feel free to customize their own background...you Can jus Set it to be Transparent that way whatever you have as wallpaper would be the bachground for the comm manager...i think that would be Great... it worked Perfectly for me.. and i'm using..the TyTn 2.. and i think the only problem is with it..is that it doesnt have the internet sharing..it is there yes on your screen shot..but on the program itself it doesnt have it..dont know why...but thats not my major issue here..i jus want one thats transparent that way it could coordinate with the theme i already have set.. thanks much in advance.. But i LOVE iTTT!!!!!
