I added roughly a dozen new and very important contacts to my phone over the weekend. So today I decided to sync up my phone to back them up. Well, instead of backing them up Windows decided to erase them. x.x Is there any solution for me to get these back?

This may sound dumb, but did you check your "Deleted Items" in Outlook? Also if you have an exchange server, the server itself will keep deleted items even if you deleted them from your "Deleted Items" folder.

The problem is the contacts were on the phone. The old outlook contacts are still in outlook, but everything on the phone went bye-bye
