Mogul keeps turning off

IDk what to do i be talking on the phone and it just be turning off, the battery be ok the programs i got on it is

htcx-button 1.5
htc audio manger
googlempas
audible audibleair

i took off kevtris and octro talk

and this is my second mogul i got a replacement, and i jut got mine in oct 27, 2007 should i just get another one cause this is some bullshit
