Automatic Soft Reset Powercycle

I was just thinking, you know how with the Mogul, eventually at least every couple days you just have to soft reset, I mean you just have to.

It's not a big deal its a friggin computer, but I saw mentioned in another thread that someone thought Palm pda's automatically powercycled.

So is there a program for the Mogul that will say after 3hours or a custom set time of non-use/inactivity the phone will automatically soft reset?

This would save us from random overnight freezes and would just clear our memory for us without an afterthought!

Is this already out there, or maybe there are reasons against doing it?

Automatic Soft Reset?

I would have to agree with you. Something like this would be very useful. I used to have a Blackberry and it had an Auto Shut off/on feature which was the same as a soft reset and I would set it to happen like 5am every day so my device was fresh and ready to go by the time I got up for work. It would be cool if the Mogul has such a feature.

I was at fry's electronics and it just ramdomly hard reset. O.O Thank god for spb backup. I love it's self executable exe files so restoring on the go is no problem.
