My mogul's talk button no longer functions so I went to a sprint store for an advance exchange and found out they were out of stock. Went to another store same story OOS. This continued for a good 3 more stores. I walked into a best buy to see if they had any in stock so i went in asking if I could purchase one and BB says they don't carry the phone anymore. Finally I use sprint's ONLINE exchange system telling me there is no inventory of the phone to send out an exchange. I called the reps a few times on the phone to have them transfer me to the exchange dept and there telling me I should wait a MONTH to see if they get new ones in stock or perhaps I would accept a Treo 700wx since its comparable :
