I'm new to this business so please excuse me if I am too verbose.
I'm having a problem with screen image when accessing Outlook using Outlook Web Access thru a VPA. When I click the check box next to a message to indicate that it is to be deleted, the screen refreshes and then takes me back to the top of the message list. This is particularly annoying if I have a long list of messages that extends beyond the field of view. I've tried to discuss the matter with both Sprint and HTC and get nothing but a run-around from both of them. Anyone have suggestions how to address my issue? Have I even explained my issue sufficiently? HELP. |
there's an option you can select as to what the program will do after it deletes a file. Under Menu --> tools --> options --> select the message tab and click on the drop down box for it to "return to message list", "show next message" or "show previous message".
Hope this is what you're looking for. |

Thanx for the relp. Since my original post its been suggested that my problem is the result of a cache being either too small or full and that this is causing the screen to refresh every time I make a modification. Since I can't find any settings on the phone itself to adjust the cache size or clear it I guess I'm looking for a registry hack of some kind. Any suggestions?
