Missing On demand Icon
 

Hellp please! My on Demand Icon is missing and I n eed to get it back. I can access on demand by going into file explorer aqnd tapping " page one" but that is an complete headache. Is there anyway of getting my icon back without a cold start?](*,)

There should be a cab under file explorer and my device. Run the cab and soft reset it should work i had the same problem.

I in stalled the cab file. Still no Icon Sprint told me I would have to do a cold restart.but I have to much on my phone to loose.](*,)

If you know someone with another Mogul have them beam the cab to you. I know I didn't have to do a hard reset

I do know someone with a Mogul, however neither he or i know how to beam a file . can you please help me with it. thanks for all your help. perhaps you could e-mail me the file mg9294@swbell.net an then I could copy it to my phone and execute it. I do have the cab on my phone but when I execute it. it ask to remove the old file I say yes then it installs. it then says sucessfully installed I do a soft reset still no Icon.

just go to file explorer, go to program files/handmark/ondemand/ there should be a file called PageOne, copy it and go to windows/start menu/programs and hit Paste as shortcut, and rename it ondemand and it will now be in your programs folder.

Sorry but That didn't work I got an error message thatAn unexpected error has occurred in ondemand.exe quit and unload the program details ondemand typeloadexception

well before you copy it if you just go to program files/handmark/ondemand and tap on the PageOne file does it give you the same error or does it run?

ok not sure what happened then, try it again, make sure when you paste it you're hitting Paste Shortcut not just paste. other than that im not really sure.
