It really depends on the tech more than anything. I've seen a few roll out of the store fixed. We do not stock parts but some 30 day returns are not re-saleable due to total minutes or data usage so we part them out to better assist the customer whom we would be ordering a phone for normally.

Sh*t I'm even down to toss the tech. a 20spot to hook me up with a screen.

You can't single out giving the tech something it's gotta be all of us... Even Starbucks works :)
