Contacts and Notes have black lines in them
 

When I try to access my contacts or write a note I can't see them because of all these black lines on everything below all folders on notes or below the alphabetical index in my contacts. Anybody know what the problem is?

This has been discussed many, many times...

It is because of the theme you have selected.
