Acrobat DRM Activator Problem
 

I've been trying to activate Acrobat Reader for PPC 2.0 on my Mogul, however each time I try to activate it I get the error message listed below. I've activated Acrobat on the PC, then installed Reader for PPC then went to https://aractivate.adobe.com/ to try to activate the PPC.

Error: To activate Adobe Reader on your mobile device, you must first install Adobe Reader for mobile devices on this computer. Please download Adobe Reader for mobile devices from Adobe.com, then retry mobile-device activation.


I've hard reset the Mogul figuring something I installed may have caused a problem, yet still have the same problem. I've deleted the activation data on the PC and reactivated the PC and then tried to activate the PPC, but it still won't activate.

This problem seems to be specific to my Mogul, as after trying to activate the Mogul I tried to activate a T-Mobile Wing and had no problems getting it activated on the same PC. I then tried to activate the Mogul again and it failed with the error above.

Has anyone else had this problem, or could someone try to activate Acrobat on their Mogul and see if the problem is specific to the Mogul?
